ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Campbelltown Hospital is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality and Safety Admin Officer to join our dynamic team.
This role demands efficiency in a fast-paced, complex environment with competing priorities and strict deadlines.
The successful candidate will maintain accurate data systems for Quality & Safety processes, adapt to changes in workflows and workspaces, and provide general administrative support to ensure daily departmental functionality.
Key responsibilities include setting priorities, monitoring workflow, preparing reports and correspondence, organizing meetings, and facilitating data collection and reporting.
Proficiency in data systems such as ims+, QARS, and Camms Sycle, along with adherence to corporate record storage requirements and health and safety standards, is essential.
The role requires acting in accordance with SWSLHD Core Values and the NSW Health Code of Conduct, modeling cultural respect, and supporting organizational assessments against the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
The position also involves assisting with HealthRoster and recruitment processes as needed.
