POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Scheduler to join our Quality team. The Quality Scheduler will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination and timely execution of activities within Quality functions, ultimately contributing to the production of safe and effective pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain schedules, ensuring the timely realization of activities within Quality functions.
  • Harmonize plans with Production planners, Material planners, Engineering, Sales, and Quality functions.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all planners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Summarize information on the availability of necessary packaging materials, semi-finished products, finished products, and production documentation.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and propose viable solutions to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data to identify trends or patterns indicating areas for improvement or potential risks to product/service quality.
  • Implement best practices and stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality scheduling.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, the implementation of new technologies, and a culture of learning.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within the organization.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.
