EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma in Engineering, Science, or related discipline
- Experience in a medical device engineering or manufacturing environment is preferred, but not mandatory
- Ideally 1 year experience working in a similar position or position of responsibility in the quality field
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience is encouraged to apply
- The work environment is a changing environment, where a need to adapt to change easily, show flexibility, prioritization, organization and time management skills are a pre-requisite
- Able to work in both a collaborative (team) environment as well as perform independent work as required
- Must be detail-oriented to ensure completeness and accuracy of the processed data
- Computer competency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent English is essential for this role
Responsibilities:
ROLE SUMMARY:
- Reporting to the Manager, Quality Assurance – Singapore, this role will support the on-going integration activities of Quality System for Singapore Operations, Assist in data mining and running quality data charts and Works with Senior Quality Specialist to ensure Quality matrices are met
- This role will oversee the training program, ensuring timely training completion for the site. Support data mining and analysis and provide trending analysis result of overall health status of Quality Management System
- This role will have to support request from commercial team to different manufacturer
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Functional Lead for monitoring of training and maintaining the training matrix
- Assist in data mining and running quality data charts monthly
- Be a key contributor to the Quality Management System activities for Singapore Operations
- Play an active role in Internal Audits and External Audits
- In partnership with Manager, QA, support request from commercial team to different manufacturer
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as required
