We are currently looking for a permanent position of Quality Specialist for our location in Porcia.
Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Guaranteeing the quality of products or components manufactured in your sector by improving the 0 defect detection process and bringing the process under control
- Participating in improving the robustness of products for which you are responsible
- Drawing up, updating, and developing control procedures in line with the control plan and quality indicators for your sector
- Ensuring ISO 9000 compliance and quality certifications for the site by applying all elements of the Group’s Quality System
- Preparing the validation of control processes and instruction sheets for the Quality Assurance department
- Deciding on the acceptance of non-conformity files and coordinating the processing of corrective actions
- Consolidating customer feedback and providing innovative solutions to reduce the occurrence of NCs
- Guaranteeing control of processes to avoid internal and external epidemics by proactively monitoring technological developments
- Proposing improvements to the quality system in your sector, moving from part control to control of the manufacturing process
- Leading and developing quality training courses for operational staf
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (ideally electrical engineering) or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in a quality-related role
- Strong knowledge of quality methodologies, including 6s, QRQC, 8D, FMECA, and return to standards
- Familiarity with ISO standards and VDA 6.3
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Availability to travel occasionally for business purpose
