Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Quality Systems Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving our Site Systems Team to achieve excellence. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our quality standards to be the best in the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team Safety & Management: Ensure a safe working environment for the systems team, and manage your team to ensure peak performance, including conducting regular one-on-one meetings.
  • Audit Coordination: Be audit-ready every day by coordinating and presenting technical information during external audits, ensuring all close-outs are completed.
  • Quality Manual Maintenance: Keep the Site Quality Manual up-to-date and ensure procedures and records are maintained accurately.
  • Reporting: Compile and deliver weekly site and customer reports.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure Red Tractor license renewal, manage traceabilities, and maintain Brexit-related due diligence.
  • Traceability Oversight: Manage all site traceabilities and mass balances, and lead the formation of the trace team.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Lead bi-weekly customer satisfaction meetings to ensure we exceed expectations.
  • Micro & Environmental Swabbing: Schedule and report swabbing activities to meet site and customer standards.
  • Stock & Budget Management: Maintain consumable stocks and manage the QSHE budget tracker effectively
