Description:

Boeing is currently looking for a Supplier Quality Representative to join their team working with suppliers located within the region and surrounding states. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform supplier quality activities to ensure that suppliers’ products and services, quality systems, special processes, meet purchase contract requirements and applicable regulatory agency and government regulations
  • Perform source inspection on product at supply base
  • Develops and executes business plans, quality requirements reviews, quality improvement plans all to improve supplier performance
  • Provides education and coaching on the Quality System requirements
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, supplier

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years Inspection experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, occasional weekends when necessary, and Travel 75% of the time.
  • Experience with AS9100 and AS9110
  • Experience in auditing principles

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with production (PC700) supplier quality requirements
  • Experience working with Measuring Equipment
  • Experience working with a globally diverse team

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Shift: This position is for 1st shif
