Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and streamlining efficient Q-processes: You’ll have the opportunity to shape and optimize our production workflows, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality output.
  • Driving continuous improvement and digitalization: Embrace innovation as you spearhead efforts to digitize and enhance our quality-related processes and specifications.
  • Guiding and supervising: Be a leader in the production areas, providing guidance and supervision to ensure quality standards are met at every step.
  • Analyzing and reporting: Dive into data to analyze quality KPIs and process capabilities, providing valuable insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Equipment management: Take charge of measurement and test equipment, ensuring everything is in top condition for accurate quality assessments.
  • Auditing and complaint handling: Conduct internal audits and handle customer complaints with precision and efficiency, following the 8D systematics to ensure swift resolution.
  • Preparing reports and managing complaints: From initial sample test reports to supplier complaints, you’ll be the go-to person for all quality-related documentation and management.

Qualifications:

  • Education and experience: Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just starting out, if you have a background in engineering studies or relevant professional training, we want to hear from you!
  • Expertise in quality management: Showcase your knowledge and experience in quality management tools and methodologies such as APQP, FMEA, and SPC. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving quality excellence.
  • Certifications and standards: From VDA 6.3 Auditor certification to knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, your familiarity with quality standards will set you apart.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable: With SAP knowledge and a knack for problem-solving, you’ll thrive in our fast-paced environment and be ready to embrace change with open arms.
  • Communication skills: As an assertive and communicative individual, you’ll excel in collaborating with diverse teams in englisch & german
