Quality Test Technician (Oil & Gas/ West)

The Client is the World Leading Oil & Gas Service Provider in Singapore. We are hiring the Quality Process Technician to join the dynamic team.

• Mon to Fri, 730am to 430pm
• West of Singapore
• Competitive Package

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE LEVELS:

• Experience in working with engine, pump, transmission, hydraulic system or similar systems preferred
• Experience in Pressure Testing set up and operation preferred
• Experience in Electrical and Electronics Control System testing preferred

1) QHSE Responsibility: Comply with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) policies and Standards; Comply with government laws and regulations on Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment; Commit to QHSE target year by year with his specific QHSE responsibility on site.
2) Conduct safety, performance and endurance testing on finished assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and standard work instructions.
3) Perform equipment set up and document the results of tests using the designated business system, following the defined procedure and test plan.
4) Ensure that measurement systems have valid calibration and are functional for the factory acceptance test.
5) Apply 6S and keep the working area clean and organized.
6) Participate in continual improvement programs.
7) Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
