TOP SKILLS:

Proficiency with SAS, Teradata, Python, PySpark, SQL, and experience in Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), including Large Language Model (LLM) experience.
Documentation experience in model development and validation, ensuring thorough and comprehensive records are maintained.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience, fostering understanding and collaboration.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Background in statistical analysis, with degrees in Engineering and/or Statistics (Math Focus) preferred.

Lead or assist on end-to-end model build efforts from discovery to deployment, ensuring smooth progression through each stage of the process.
Conduct pre- and post-model testing, including explainability, robustness, and fairness testing, to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of models.
