Description:

Our client is one of Sydney’s most prestigious and innovative agencies within the Consumer Insights and Market Research Sector.
With light, bright and open-planned offices in leafy Darlinghurst designed for collaboration and strategic thinking, you’ll work alongside a team of quant and qual researchers solving interesting problems.
They have an enviable client list of names such as Hungry Jacks, Qantas, Telstra, NAB, and Dan Murphy’s, adding insights on topics such as Customer Experience, New Product Development, Innovation, Pricing, Branding and segmentation.
Due to growth, they are looking to hire an insights whiz to work across teams to translate data into captivating stories, strengthen client relationships, manage key accounts and be innovative in their approach.
The role will see you working across a mixture of tracking and ad-hoc projects where you can add value to your clients at every stage of the research process. You will become an extension of their marketing, branding, and strategy teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Insights Delivery - Craft compelling stories, working independently to translate data into insights that address key client business issues.
  • Client Management- Interacting with clients daily, professionally responding to client questions, proactively advising clients to address needs, and solving business problems that drive client satisfaction.
  • Data analysis – Integrating and finding patterns in data using SPSS/Q/excel.
  • Project Management – Ensuring projects run to timeline and budget.
