Role

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Perform cutting-edge research on quant and sustainability
  • Build client solutions of the highest quality
  • Collaborate with the local Product and Sustainability teams and global Research teams on development of new strategies and ideas
  • Increase the footprint and thought leadership of Quantitative Strategies in International
  • Collaborate with the local Marketing team on messaging and development of collateral materials
  • Represent the Quantitative Strategies platform in client and prospect meetings, conferences, webinars and other venues
  • (Co)author white papers and research pieces of global and local interest

Skills/ Qualifications:

The successful candidate will benefit from having:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with the most sophisticated investors globally; have the ability to help build long-term relationships
  • Strong knowledge of the International institutional quantitative investment landscape including asset owners, competitors and relevant regulations
  • Strong presentation skills with the acumen to explain complex quantitative concepts and research to a wide range of audiences including experts and large audiences.
  • The ability to explain complex material in a simple, logical, story-like manner
  • The ability to connect and communicate with a wide variety of audiences and levels of sophistication
  • Excellent writing skills as demonstrated by a track record of published articles and whitepapers
  • A deep understanding of local sustainability and ESG issues and regulation with a focus on integration. A passion for solutions thinking.
  • CFA, MBA, PhD are strong plusses
  • Comprehensive quantitative research experience
