Quantity Surveyor (ACMV/M&E)

Job Description:

• Conduct quantity take-off and cost estimation by sourcing contractors and suppliers.
• Understand project requirements and prepare and submit tenders within specified deadlines.
• Collaborate and coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Administer contract and tender documents.
• Work with the project team and tender department to ensure that all drawings meet design requirements.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering (P&S, ELECTRICAL, or ACMV, etc.).
• Have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the building and construction industries.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possess strong organizational skills for project management, resourcefulness, energy, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
