Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with project teams to provide expert quantity surveying advice and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct detailed cost estimating, cost planning, and procurement services to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
- Undertake thorough cost analysis, risk assessment, and value engineering exercises to optimise project outcomes.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive tender documentation, contract administration, and final account settlements.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE INCLUDE:
- Relevant industry qualification in quantity surveying.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in quantity surveying.
- Proficient in estimating software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
