POSITION : QUANTITY SURVEYOR CUM DRAFTER

• Enrol tender process
• Prepare tender documents
• Negotiate and award subcontractors
• Evaluate and certify subcontract claim and contractual payment
• Analysis and preparation of cost plan & estimate for tender and job order
• Review and prepare agreements for award to subcontractors and suppliers
• Assist in preparing built-up tender pricing during tender stage
• Perform measurements for quantities
• Certify subcontractors claim and contractual payment and agreement
• Ensure and track the Vos
• Prepare shop drawings and As-built drawings
• Model development, construction, documentation and production techniques
• Assist in general quantity surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking-off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties and Material Inquiries & procurement.
• Monitor the site progress, and confirms sub-contractors, vendors and supplier’s obligations.
• Follow up materials order or certification with purchaser

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building , Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Independent and committed
• Able to work in a challenging and fast paced environment
