Responsibilities:
- Manage the cost control process for F&B fit-out projects, ensuring they remain within budget.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and material take-offs for assigned projects.
- Develop and maintain project budgets in collaboration with the design and construction teams.
- Analyze the impact of design changes on project costs and proactively communicate any potential budget variances.
- Conduct final measurements after project completion and participate in the variation order process.
- Utilize industry-standard quantity surveying software (e.g., Synchro, CostX) for accurate cost calculations and reporting.
- Maintain strong working relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
