We at Gigafactory Berlin Design and Construction are expanding our in-house Architecture and BIM teams and are looking for a dedicated specialist to create tender documents acc. HOAI Phases, service specifications in building construction, quantity determination and cost estimations. Through your work, you will play a crucial role in the on-going development of Tesla Gigafactory Berlin.What You’ll Do

• Preparation of a Bill of Quantities according to standard rules of measurement: STLB DIN SPEC 91400. ARM, NRM
• Quantity Extractions from 3D BIM Models and 2D models
• Reconciliations of quantities during design phases
• Checking and evaluating the offers, drawing up the price comparison list
• Participating in discussions with bidders
• Participation in the examination and evaluation of the bids
• Participation in the cost estimate according to DIN 276 or other specifications of the client from unit prices or lump sum offers
• Providing detailed valuations & applications for contractors and ensure that the work completed is paid

What You’ll Bring

• University degree in Quantity Surveying and/or Engineering degree
• Working proficiency iTWO and other common applications is ideal; Revit and Naviswork are asset.
• Expert in Excel
