KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 3rd level degree Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably 3+ years.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland
• Solid understanding of construction contracts and regulations.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducting cost estimates and overseeing budget management.
• Managing contracts and subcontractors.
• Executing procurement activities.
• Drafting and reviewing tender documents.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Assessing and managing project costs throughout the project lifecycle.
