Quantity Surveyor - Pipeline Position

Tsebo Facilities Solution is looking for a Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible at every stage of project costing, a large amount of strategic work is involved to ensure everything is completed to the necessary quality within the allotted budget and timeframe. The QS may be required to manage and have oversight on a project specific sub-consultant QS, to ensure TFS methodology and governance is followed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors in Quantity Surveying
• Quantity Surveyor listed as a Candidate QS, with formal PQS certification pending
• Newly certified PQS
• 3 - 5 years’ experience
• Must have strong Consulting industry background
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in both public and private sector
• Experience on multi-million rand projects
• Estimation and thorough knowledge in tendering process – essential
• Travel nationally and internationally (when required)
