Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- General administration support to tender department including preparation of quotation, material submission, cost estimation, project specification, documents and contracts.
- Responsible for sourcing the materials, spare parts, tools and equipment according to specifications.
- Tender documentation filing management system and its maintenance
- Coordination among internal & external parties prior project commencement including preparation of handover list, budgeting, etc
