Description:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related discipline.
- 2-3 years relevant experience in construction related industry.
- Able to interpret drawings and specifications.
- Able to perform quantity taking-off, calling of quotations and preparation of bill of quantities and cost comparison.
- Able to work independently.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English/Mandarin speaking associates).
