Description:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Others or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Responsibilities Prepare tender bid for Management’s approval. Contract administration of secured projects. Responsible for the preparation of necessary documentation from shortlisting to an award of subcontractors, the process includes evaluation, comparison, and recommendation. Preparation and submission
- Carry out quantity take-off for tendering of projects.
- Responsible for payment/progress claims, variation orders, budgets & cost control and settlement of final account as well as maintaining project documentation. Ensure project meets all legal and quality assurance requirements. Site visits
- Good in M& E BQ is an added advantage
- Preferable good in Autocad shop drawings
