DESCRIPTION:

Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Northern Operations Manager and working closely with the onsite Trade Market Nursery Manager, this role is responsible for achieving sales targets through the delivery of fast and accurate quotes, coordination of stock orders and timely dispatch of greenlife and allied products.
Leading a team of three sales and dispatch specialists, the successful incumbent will ensure that customer and supplier relationships are nurtured, Plantmark service standards are maintained and sales objectives are achieved.
The position is full time, Monday to Friday. This role has become available due to an internal promotion.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential attributes

The ideal candidate will have a positive work ethic and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional business standards, together with:

• Knowledge of Botanical plant ID and experience in horticulture is preferred.
• Proven track record in customer service driven sales.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a team to deliver results and standards.
• Excellent organisational skills with a commercial and business growth mindset.
• Collaborative communication style with strong written/verbal skills.
