Responsibilities:

WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE:

Working within the Global Brands Innovation team, this role is responsible for managing end to end Ornua Foods Projects Commercialisation (Innovation, Technical Brands Management, value engineering, sustainability) both across core and new categories (can touch both product and packaging). You’ll have experience in commercialising projects flawlessly and within tight timeframes in close partnership with the Global Brands team whilst optimising cost, maximising quality, and minimising environmental impact to ensure we meet and exceed our sustainability targets.
You will also provide critical input to the R&D Director and the Global Brands Leadership team to ensure all project KPI’s, metrics and objectives are achieved, and profit and revenue goals are attained.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

2 + years experience working within global project teams and working across cultures and geographies
CPG/FMCG experience is desirable
Currently holding or actively pursuing a project management certification (CAPM, PMP)
Solid experience with stage gate processes, systems, stakeholder management, leading cross-functional teams, risk/scope/schedule management.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst being able to inspire change, efficiencies and continuous improvement within a commercial environment.
Commercial awareness, adaptability and agility of how complex change projects can be flawlessy delivered despite resource, budget, infrastructural, capacity and capability and decision making constraints.
