Help deliver new and better innovative products to the markets
Joining us in our Coloplast HQ in Humlebæk, you will become part of the R&D and Life Cycle Management team, which consists of 13 highly competent and dedicated collogues. Together with other functions in Coloplast, we support the CCP business. CCP is responsible for developing premium plasters under the brands Compeed, Band-Aid and Neutrogena for the companies Perrigo and Kenvue (J&J), which market these products worldwide.
Take center stage in the product development process
To support the CCP area of our business, we are looking for a Material Scientist, who is skilled within applied polymer material technologies and who gets motivated by handling different tasks within the product development process as required.
As a R&D Material Scientist, you will participate in cross-functional projects with the aim of developing innovative consumer care products. We are committed to delivering new products and supporting “Life Cycle Management” of our existing product portfolio. This includes creating and upgrading design control documentation in close collaboration with customers. You will be able to plan your own tasks according to the overall project timelines and ensure that your results are delivered on time and meets the expected quality.
Broad knowledge of materials and ability to work in a dynamic environment
To become a success in the role, you have a broad knowledge of materials, and you have a good understanding of the related manufacturing processes. You understand the interaction between different materials used in products and the way they contribute to overall product performance.
As a person, you are ambitious, energetic, result-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver the best solutions to our customers. You like to be challenged through your work and you like to work in a dynamic environment. In your work, you can structure things and create an overview of complex matters without losing sight of the details.
