YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Spearhead R & D projects with scientific precision, ensuring compliance and swift progress within interdisciplinary teams.
• Develop success criteria, manage time plans, and oversee rigorous testing, trials, and qualifications.
• Nurture less experienced colleagues, instilling in them the technical skills and knowledge needed for achievement.
• Foster solid internal networks, paving the way for smooth and effective project collaboration.
• Lead your team with keen insight into our operational model, adeptly navigating priorities and resources.
