REQUIREMENTS:

• Doctoral degree in fields such as cell biology, oncology, immunology, or molecular biology.
• Solid experience in molecular biology, cell biology, and oncology techniques, with extensive experience preferred in areas such as immunocyte culture, lentivirus production, molecular cloning, qPCR detection, immunohistochemistry analysis, ELISA, flow cytometry, antibody preparation, and experimental protocol design and optimization.
• Priority given to candidates with experience in the development or process optimization of cell therapy products (such as CAR-T, TCR-T, γδ T, NK, etc.).
• Strong communication, coordination skills, and excellent teamwork spirit.

• Lead the research and development team in conducting relevant studies on the technical development, optimization, and transformation of cell therapy products.
• Design research proposals, conduct experiments, analyze results and data, and complete research reports.
• Regularly report on research and work progress, analyze and make judgments on issues arising in the work, and promptly report to superiors.
• Assist in establishing quality control testing methods for cell therapy products and assist in the analysis of clinical samples.
