SAFI’ technologies have been developed incrementally for the global marketplace since 1986. We are a collaborative team of experts driven to excel in developing advanced structural software solutions. SAFI is looking for Engineers with a keen interest in the field of structural design. Various positions are available, in particular in the field of bridge design, electrical tower design, and others. The people sought will occupy a full-time position in our R&D offices in Canada.

Under the supervision of the Director of Research and Development and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, the person sought will occupy an important position in the development of SAFI software.

• Participate in the development of high-level software and thus contribute to the development of state-of-the-art technologies used on a national and international levels;
• Have the opportunity to identify innovative, productive and integrated solutions in design, manufacturing and construction;

• Primary Requirements:
• Education:
• Holding a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution - Civil Engineering // Structural Engineering
• Holding a Master’s degree or a Doctorate (an asset)
• Skills:
• Knowledge of programming languages (C++ or other).
• Ability to manage key projects while respecting budgets and deadlines.
• Mature written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess strong work ethic with the commitment to excellence. Effective in working independently or within a cross-functional team.
• Must use time efficiently and develop realistic achievable action plans.
• Experience
• A few years of relevant experience
• Being a member of a Professional Board of Engineers
