In order to fulfil this vision, We are transforming our organisation to manage software functionalities developments as products and Software as a Service (SaaS), to guarantee their quality, integrity and maximise their reusability whilst meeting new compliance and regulations that are more and more emerging into components reusability and robustness in the future landscape of autonomous and connected driving.
The Digital Product Platform (DPP) is looking for an experience Engineer, with knowledge of UNECE156 and 155, to join our global team to ensure we deliver Software compliance throughout the lifecycle, tailoring the compliance to in-country regulations.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Oversee software compliance across all domain(s) ECUs for UK, India, and China
Define UNECE 156 global product backlog
International stakeholders’ management- Internal and External to JLR
Plan for ensuring process compliance across programmes, including supplier and in-house produced software.
Coordinate software process evaluation to ensure compliance with automotive industry standards.
Drive consistency in process application cross SW development
Lead epics for technical assessment of SW development
Obtain multi-stakeholder, cross-departmental support for process compliance plans, including tools and methods
