WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an R2R Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the financial operations of the company. Your primary focus will be on Statutory Reporting, Balance Sheet Governance, Direct and Indirect tax support, Cash Agenda, Transfer Pricing and Financial Control Framework. You will be responsible for the month-end close process, ensuring that financial information is delivered accurately and promptly. Your role will also involve maintaining a strong control environment across the region and ensuring that the balance sheet remains healthy. You will also be tasked with supporting cash generation initiatives and assisting in making better business decisions through your financial expertise.

• Responsible for month end close process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial information to stakeholders.
• Ensure strong control environment across regions
• Maintain a healthy position of balance sheet as a priority.
• Support cash generation initiatives.
• Direct & Indirect Taxes - support by providing financial information required to align with Local Tax requirements liabilities.
• Transfer Pricing - provide accurate information regarding New TP and Annual Revisions.
• Statutory reporting - work with external partner to ensure timely and accurate submission of local statutory reporting to relevant authorities.
• Assist in better business decisions by provision of financial expertise and insightful analysis to all ad hoc queries in line with SLA.
• Ensure corporate governance standards are met, taking accountability for effective operation of relevant financial reporting controls.

The ideal candidate for the R2R Specialist role will bring a wealth of experience in General Accounting, Controlling, and Tax. With a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in these areas, you will have developed strong skills in change management and building engagement. Your ability to work well in and across diverse global teams will be key to your success in this role. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is essential as you will need to express clear opinions and explain financial issues to non-financial management. Experience with SAP would be an added advantage.

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent is essential.
• Minimum 5-7 years in RTR/GL function experience within SSC is required.
• English language proficiency, both verbal and written is necessary.
• Experience of change management and building engagement is desirable.
• Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams is a must.
• Experience in SAP is beneficial
