JOB DESCRIPTION:

We have an opportunity for a Race Strategy Analyst to join the Andretti Cadillac Team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role you will be responsible for assisting development of strategy tools, processes, and analysis methods. Additional responsibilities include race strategy execution and event reporting. Principal Accountabilities

  • Race strategy preparation and execution (either trackside or at the factory)
  • Analysing track data to assist in development of race strategy tools and infrastructure
  • Assisting in development of competitor and tire analysis methods
  • Assisting in development of operational processes
  • Reporting on car and team performance

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Previous motorsport experience is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Demonstrable experience of data analysis and process development
  • Demonstrable experience working in high pressure environments
  • A mindset that looks to incorporate continuous improvements into every aspect of the job
  • Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills
  • The ability to think outside of the box, coming up with creative solutions to problems.
  • Strong communicative and collaborative skills
  • Strong levels of IT skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Positively contribute to an open and inclusive culture.
