We are TEKTRO Europe GmbH, a subsidiary of TEKTRO/TRP Technology Corporation in Taiwan. Our office is positioned strategically in Haßloch, Germany, directly adjacent to the Palatinate Forest, approximately one hour southwest of Frankfurt. Specializing in the cycling component industry, we cater to a robust European market with many prominent customers and partners.
As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking driven and dedicated individuals to join our Race Support team. Successful candidates will demonstrate a profound understanding of the bicycle industry, coupled with a proven track record of achieving results. A commitment to professionalism, collaboration, and a team-oriented mindset is crucial.
Key responsibilities include fostering relationships with Athletes or Team Managers and contributing to the overall success of the Race-Support program. Aufgaben

• Represent TRP at UCI World Cup races and share our story, passion and values with the world
• Follow established processes and develop new ones to elevate our race program
• Understand our riders needs and requirements; observe mechanical repairs and service products during race events
• Communication with athletes, team managers, engineers and various in house departments
• Manage all sides of the daily business as a Race support mechanic
• Prepare and managing in house workshops for the Tektro/ TRP employee‘s
• Bring performance driven energy and efficiency to every bike and task

Qualifikation

• In depth technical knowledge of bicycle components (Brakes & Drivetrains)
• Mechanical experience with bicycle components
• Experience working in a race environment; multitasking skills, performance driven
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle high pressure, time sensitive situations
• Multilingual (English, French, or Spanish)
• Schedule flexibility
• Ability to work independently and be proactive
• Computer skills (typing, Web based application, etc.)
• Bike shop experience is a plus
