Description:
ABOUT THE JOB RACF & ZOS SECURITY EXPERT - CONTRACT
We are looking for an IBM Mainframe zOS, RACF and SEIM Security specialist to join a team of Security professionals and enhance their security processes, practises and data analysis capabilities. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity, where you can work in a hybrid capacity of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. The Client also has a fair amount of flexibility around peoples personal commitments.
Melbourne-based candidates are preferred and will need to be flexible to work around Australian, New Zealand and Indian overlapping time zones.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Tertiary qualified in Computer Science or similar highly desirable,
- Minimum of 5 years experience working within a Mainframe zOS and RACF environment,
- Other key skills that are highly desirable are:
- SIEM (eg. SAS or Splunk), and
- Programming/Automation experience,
- Ability to integrate quickly into a team environment a must, and
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills a must to be able to deal with client requirements and demands.
