Description:

We are on the lookout for experienced Radiation Protection Technicians to join our team for the outage work at BNPP, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Your role will include:

  • Providing radiological protection to protect the health and safety of the general public and employees
  • Conducting surveys, analyses, sampling, and compliance activities
  • Working independently and qualifying to perform in-field monitoring of radiological work activities
  • Supervising junior technicians
  • Providing job coverage for radiological concerns during routine and special radiological work activities
  • Performing routine and job-specific radiation surveys
  • Preparing, analyzing, surveying, packaging, and shipping radioactive material
  • Monitoring and performing access controls for various types of radiological conditions
  • Implementing applicable operating experiences associated with work activities

Requirements

  • 3 years of related experience, including 1 year at nuclear power plants refueling outages
  • Diploma or equivalent
