About the Role
The position is responsible for performing regular high-quality mammograms, participating in assessment clinics and the providing of support, advice and care to the eligible women of the BreastScreen Queensland Brisbane Southside Service.
- Deliver a competent level of mammography clinical services including assessment work-up examinations within a multidisciplinary team to eligible asymptomatic women at risk of developing breast cancer within the catchment area of the Brisbane Southside Service, in accordance with the BreastScreen Australia National Accreditation Standards and BreastScreen Queensland Quality Standards, Protocols and Procedures.
- Participate daily within a multidisciplinary team providing routine mammography advice to both team members and clients throughout the BreastScreen Queensland screening and assessment pathway.
