Description:
About the role
- Lead tertiary level MRI imaging service’s with expert managerial and clinical knowledge using high level communication skills.
- Support best practice and build strategic direction for MRI imaging services at a Health Service, hospital and professional level for TPCH, RBWH, STARS and Redcliffe Medical Imaging Departments.
- Advocate for and influence matters on MRI services for using negotiation and conflict management skills with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and lead clinical and professional best practice and excellence within MRI services that ensure clinical and professional standards are met in accordance.
- Lead and influence clinical and professional best practice and excellence within MRI service at a state-wide level.
- Lead, promote and implement new, emerging or novel solutions within MRI to deliver best practice care for patients utilising MRI services.
- Lead, promote and support research for all staff within TPCH Medical Imaging and through the MNH MRI Community of Practise.
