ABOUT THE ROLE
SA Medical Imaging is pleased to offer opportunities for graduating students to join our team.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing diagnostic radiographic examinations for patients across a range of plain x-ray specialities, with progressing professional independence
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers
- Delivering the best possible patient care and service in accordance with professional, ethical, and industry quality standards
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance skills, expertise, and self-capabilities, and keep well-informed of advancements in imaging and technology.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:
- Current National Police Clearance (Vulnerable)
- Working with Children Check
- AHPRA registration and EPA SA Radiation Licence (from January 2025).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other medical and non-medical personnel.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to the culture and values of SA Medical Imaging.
- Ability to perform weekend and out-of-hours work; on a rostered or on-call basis and be compensated accordingly.
