Description:
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
- At least 2 years of Radiology Tech experience.
- Current State Radiologic Technologist License required.
JOB SUMMARY:
Xrays for podiatry and orthopedics (spine, hip & knee, sports med). No chest xrays.
The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient’s requirements relative to their age specific needs, and to provide the care needed as described in the unit’s policies and procedures and skills check lists.
