Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital work.
Monadelphous provides rail network maintenance, as well as rail rolling stock maintenance services, to key clients across Australia. Delivering planned and preventative maintenance, as well as major closedown works, our capability includes the use of a fleet of owned and operated rail maintenance on-track and mobile plant.
We are currently looking for an experienced Rail Supervisor seeking a new challenge to join our Perth based team on a permanent full-time basis.
This local position will see you working Monday - Friday in our Perth yard, with the occasional site visits.

• Planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews.
• Ensure compliance to relevant Safety Management System, Client specifications and standards.
• Ensure regular servicing, minor and preventative maintenance of all plant and equipment is performed to ensure maximum equipment availability.
• Ensure all work is on schedule to required quality & client specifications.
