Etsimme nyt ammattitaitoista ravintolan vuoropäällikköä Scandic Aulanko -hotelliin täydentämään tiimiämme. Tarjottava tehtävä on kokoaikainen (112,5h/3vko) ja toistaiseksi voimassa oleva. Aloitus sopimuksen mukaan.
Ravintolan vuoropäällikkö toimii sekä hotellin aamiaisella, lounaalla, kokousosastolla että ilta a la cartessa. Vuoroja tehdään sekä aamuulla että illalla tarpeen mukaisesti.
Paikka täydetään heti sopivan henkilön löydyttyä.

WE HAVE A POSITION FOR YOU RESTAURANT SHIFT LEADER

We are currently seeking a skilled Restaurant Shiftleader to Scandic Aulanko, to complement our team. The offered position is a full-time (112,5h/3weeks) and permanent ongoing. Starting in the position based on agreement.
The position will be filled as soon as suitable person is found.

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A RESTAURANT SHIFTLEADER:

As a Shift Manager, you are responsible during your shift for all the different restaurant departments like breakfast, lunch, conference and evening a la carte. This means that shifts are done both in the mornings and evenings, depending on the need. During your shift you ensure the smooth operation of the dining area, guiding your team to create an efficient work atmosphere, and ensuring compliance with Scandic’s concepts. Additionally, you naturally excel in upselling and providing excellent and genuine customer service.
