Our Raw Materials Technician roles at Samworth Brothers won’t hang about for long. That’s because the people who’ll apply for them are full of energy and lightning quick.

• Managing all aspects of internal and external incidences relating to raw materials, including daily spot checks vs specification and maintenance of the Focus list
• Working with Purchasing to investigate and resolve all raw material and packaging issues. Maintenance of TACCP spreadsheet
• Carrying out follow up visits to suppliers as required
• Working with Spec Technologists role – Risk assessing raw mat specs / assisting with Customer specs and Artwork: - the self-development part of the role:
• Risk Assessment of low-risk raw material specifications
• Maintenance of the Raw Materials database (Internal life / traceability)
• Maintenance of the New Raw Materials Stock control system (Aurora
