ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in real estate management, with a focus on architecture and laboratory facilities.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, laboratory requirements, and building codes/regulations.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for architectural and project management purposes.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Real Estate Global Process Owner with a focus on Architecture & Laboratories, you will be responsible for development and overseeing the end-to-end real estate processes and standards related to architecture and laboratories within a global organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders, such as Heads of Capital Projects, Real Estate Leadership team, Project Managers and Laboratory Specialists to ensure the effective design, construction, and maintenance of architectural and laboratory facilities across different geographical locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process Ownership: Take ownership of the real estate processes related to architecture and laboratories globally, ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic vision for the architecture and laboratories function within the real estate portfolio, aligning it with overall business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, project managers, and laboratory specialists, to drive the successful execution of architectural and laboratory projects.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to architectural and laboratory processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall quality of architectural and laboratory facilities.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates, reports, and recommendations on architectural and laboratory projects.
