CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires a current and active TS/ SCI with FS Poly at the time of application.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

  • Eight (8) or more years of combined experience in: Readiness (in the SIGINT operations, CYBER, or DoD domains) and/or Capabilities and requirements analysis.

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required
  • A Graduate or higher degree will be accepted in lieu of two (2) years of overall
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Business related field, Program Management, or Systems Engineering will be accepted in lieu of two (2) years of overall experience.
  • The Graduate or higher degree OR Bachelor’s degree or higher in identified Business fields cannot be considered together for more than two (2) years of overall experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist P111 Participation and utilize the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) as a tool to track issues and observations related to improving the readiness process and posture.
  • Assist P111 maintain and implement the Readiness Assessment (RA) and Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) databases to provide accurate, relevant, and real-time capability-based assessments for the enterprise.
  • Assist P111 participation in the biennial Combat Support Agency Review Team (CSAR) assessment and Biennial Review processes to document position on CSART finding and recommendations JFRR.
  • Assist P111 participation in the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Readiness System by collecting, analyzing, and tracking readiness data for the enterprise and prepare the submissions of the Joint Forces Readiness Review.
  • Assess the posture to support real-world, non-steady state CCMD intelligence priorities JCCA.
  • Assess the posture to support real-world, steady state CCMD intelligence priorities DRRS.
