  • Candidate must be able to keep track of multiple issues without leaving issues unresolved.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience is a plus.
  • Master’s Degree in Finance / CFA / FRM/ CA / ESG Investing / SCR (preferred)
  • SalesForce and PowerBI knowledge (preferred; not mandatory)

Responsibilities:

YOUR TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join our Client Coverage organization. The MSCI Global Client Service team is composed of experienced financial professionals that provide first tier support for our clients around the world. Team members are responsible for responding to a wide variety of methodology, usage, interpretational, and technical questions on our products. Client contact is primarily via telephone and email. Client service associate will need to work closely with Senior Client Service Members, Sales, Client Consultants, Product & Program Management, Data Team, and Research Team to develop and maintain client relationships.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute onboarding and training of Clients. Respond to client inquiries about MSCI products and methodology. Build and strengthen client engagement and client relationships.

  • Provide 100% ownership (to resolution) of support issues for assigned accounts within assigned segment.
  • Contribute to producing service reviews and service plans that support client renewal initiatives.
  • Championing process changes for Efficiency gains and sharing best practices with the team.
  • Gain knowledge on Real Assets products: Property Intel, RCA, Index Intel, Portfolio Services, Portfolio Climate Insights, INCANS, etc.
  • Supporting the Client Coverage teams across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions to improve client experience.
