• Monitor MLS listings for potential properties to evaluate.
• Evaluate a large number of emails containing potential properties.
• Analyze real estate market trends and conduct research to provide insights for investment opportunities and risk assessment.
• Prepare proformas to support decision-making processes for real estate acquisitions and investments.
• Evaluate property valuation and potential returns.
• Prepare and send offers on potential properties.
• Maintain a high level of organization.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in real estate industry.
• Strong underwriting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills.
• Experience with Bright MLS or similar MLS systems.
• Experience with ’off-market’ real estate transactions.
