A range of roles exist within one of the fastest growing Real Estate Private Equity investment firms in the GCC (Multi-Billion Dollar AUM’s Globally).
You will have relevant real estate buy-side or sell-side experience from the Real Estate Investment companies based in Europe, MIddle East and North America. Unfortunately, real estate experience gained from Asian or Australasian markets is not relevant to their portfolio so you will not be shortlisted.
Ideally you will be a qualified or part qualified Charted Ffinance Aanalyst professional with a degree in Economics, Business or Finance.
You will have expert financial modelling, valuations and macro and micro analysis of real estate market trends in the above markets.
