Real Estate Associate- Manchester- PQE 1-3 yrs
My client is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their expanding and award-winning team and work closely with clients in various sectors. The successful candidate will work with a wide range of clients including developers, investors, logistics businesses, and national house-builders. The team is made up of 2 Legal 500 recommended partners and a number of hugely ambitious senior associates and associates who provide a 5* service for their high-profile client base, working on a wide range of complex and intriguing matters.
Such varied matters including landlord & tenant; sales & purchases; asset management; regeneration projects & development agreements and associated construction, planning and funding arrangements; finance. Such high quality work combined with first class clients provides you with the grand exposure to develop your technical ability and become more commercially astute.
