JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working within the UAE real estate market.
• Excellent sales & negotiation skills.
• Must possess valid UAE driving license & own car.
• Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory.

• Finding, scouting, and identifying investors with property consultancy needs.
• Keeping in touch with clients via calls and emails to notify them of the offers.
• Securing a consulting deal by preparing and presenting business proposals to clients and convincing them.
• Advertising, marketing, and promoting property vacancies to attract prospective tenants.
• Carrying out thorough research and analysis of the real estate and/or property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability.
• Assisting buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing real estate property for the best price and terms.
• Estimating property value through skilled comparative market analysis and offering the right property to Clients.
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate knowledge of government policies and relationships with legal professionals and other consultants to exchange information and boost personal networks.
• Liaising with legal counsels to prepare sale and lease documents.
• Overseeing and handling negotiations with real estate agents and/or realtors on behalf of clients.
• Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
• Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
