This esteemed team is celebrated for merging technical prowess with a responsive service that has earned glowing commendations, including high praise from Chambers for its expertise and client-focused approach.
The Role:
Embark on a challenging journey, navigating the intricacies of Land Registry enquiries, where precision and timeliness are paramount. The successful candidate will be entrusted with preparing and submitting Land Registry applications, managing critical deadlines, and maintaining meticulous records on the Land Registry Tracker.
This role extends beyond the conventional, offering the chance to independently manage transactional files related to wayleaves, estate management, and a plethora of matters for key clients, often within tight timeframes. The role demands a proactive approach to client communication, negotiation, and query resolution, coupled with the preparation of detailed property reports and schedules.
The role also involves contributing to the broader objectives of a bustling department, assisting with real estate transactions and other vital tasks as required, all while working towards billing targets and recording time efficiently.
