YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE…

  • Lead and execute the creation of compelling marketing content and implement across all channels, including digital, social media, website and EDM’s;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Attend and oversee photography and videography property shoots;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute campaigns that drive revenue growth and support business objectives;
  • Analyse and report on the success of marketing campaigns;
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into the marketing and social media strategy;
  • Creating and scheduling social media content across variouschannels;
  • Writing and designing email campaigns that drive engagementand conversions;
  • Coordinating the production and distribution of print collateral such as flyers and brochures;
  • Assisting with developing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tik Tok;including internal teams, external vendors, and media partners; and
  • Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL HAVE…

  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Experience within digital marketing and social media;
