As an Real Estate Senior Analyst you will be responsible for assisting our growth across Europe, North America and Oceania, by working with Real Estate Senior Management to develop the best strategy to add dozens and potentially hundreds of real estate spaces to our portfolio.
You will help drive the growth of our operational depots and parking locations by working with our team of Operational Area Managers and local teams to identify excellent rental opportunities for Indie Campers, negotiate leases, manage deal closings, develop the spaces to match our brand and customer requirements and asset manage the properties in Indie Campers’ portfolio.
Your primary role is to negotiate, close, set up and administer Indie Campers locations as part of the real estate team and in collaboration with our operations team, as well as external partners such as property owners, landlords, developers, real estate agents and administrative consultants to sign as many units as possible across the locations targeted for our operational growth, together will developing Real Estate processes and business tools.
